| 摘 要： | 当今世界,"可持续发展"已经成为全球共识,一个谋求"生态与经济协调发展"的绿色时代正在来临。对于企业而言,适应可持续发展要求,进行"绿色"经营,是为自己在激烈的市场竞争中谋求长远、独特竞争优势的途径之一。本文就中国企业的绿色发展问题展开探讨,分析企业绿色战略管理的必然性与意义,提出中国企业绿色战略管理的总体构想。

| Abstract: | Today,"the sustainable development" has been the common knowledge for all the world,and the green era of seeking the harmony development of the zoology and the economic is coming.For the enterprise,adapting the sustainable development demand and making the green management must be one of the ways for getting the long-term and unique competition advantage.This article has extended the discussion of the green development problem for the Chinese enterprise and analyzed the necessity and meaning of the enterprise green strategy management and put forward the overall suggestion for Chinese enterprise strategy management. |
