Discussion on Cost Control of Large Decoration Projects of Financial Institutions in Construction Stage

With the continuous expansion of the scale of China s construction industry,the number of decoration projects is also increasing,the construction standards and decoration grades are getting higher and higher,and the investment is also rising.Especially for the large-scale decoration projects of financial institutions,the construction technology is complex,the structural level changes a lot,the safety performance requirements are high,and the varieties of decoration materials are complex,which puts forward higher level requirements for the project cost control,and both the measurement method and the pricing method are facing more severe challenges.The construction stage is the longest period and the largest amount of capital investment in the process of project implementation.Due to the relatively limited resources and cost control ability of the construction unit,the construction resources waste and cost management out of control are common.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes affecting the cost control in the construction stage of large-scale decoration projects of financial institutions,this paper formulates the corresponding cost control countermeasures and guarantee measures,aiming at improving the cost control level in the construction stage and realizing the overall project cost control goal of the project.
