环境保护与经济增长：基于亚太地区五国面板数据的协整检验

为了确定包括用于环境保护的能源开支和各种不同形式可再生能源的使用等政策对经济增长的影响，本文通过对亚太地区5个国家的面板数据进行格兰杰分析，研究结果发现，人均GDP与人均水力发电消耗量、人均生物质能发电量、可再生资源发电量占比以及人均环境保护财政支出都存在协整关系。通过建立误差修正模式后检验发现，人均水力发电消耗量、人均生物质能发电量与人均GDP呈负相关关系，而该国可再生资源发电量占比、人均环境保护财政支出与人均GDP呈正相关关系。从政策上，应结合各地资源禀赋，促进能源消耗结构多元化，并增加环境保护财政支出等方式以促进经济发展。

Environmental Protection and Economic Growth:A Co-integration Test Based on the Panel Data of Five Countries in the Asia-Pacific Region

In order to determine the energy expenditure, which includes environmental protection and various forms of renewable energy use and other policies impact on economic growth, a Granger casualty test based on the panel date of five countries has been made in the paper. It is shown in the results that there exists co-integrative relationship between the variables, including the per capita GDP, per capita consumption of hydroelectric power, biomass power generation per capita, the proportion of renewable energy resources and environmental protection expenditure per capita. Error correction mode by establishing inspection found that the per capita consumption of hydroelectric power, biomass power generation per capita and GDP per capita was negative correlation, while the country＇s renewable energy resources accounting, environmental protection expenditure per capita was positively correlated with per capita GDP relationship. Ways of promoting the diversification of energy consumption structure combined with local resources endowment and gradually increasing environmental protection spending are suggested to promote healthy economic growth.
