高等学校课堂教学质量影响要素的STEP结构及实证研究

摘    要:本文结合高等教育的特点,概括了基于教学目标与资源约束条件下高等教育课堂教学质量STEP影响要素结构,在运用因子分析与结构方程对高等院校课堂教学质量的影响维度结构进行了数理分析与实证检验。研究结果表明:高等院校课堂教学质量由学生能力、教师能力、教学资源融合过程等三个维度构成,高等院校课堂教学是一个教师与学生行为交互的过程,也是教学资源融合的过程,高等院校课堂教学质量的提升应在关注学生能力、教师能力的基础上,应更多地关注如何实现教学资源融合的过程管理与控制。

Abstract:Combining with the characteristics of higher education, this paper sums up the STEP structure of teaching quality in university based on the teaching goal and resource constraints, and uses factor analysis and structural equation model to make mathematical analysis and empirical test with the dimension structure of teaching quality. Research results show that the quality of teaching in universities includes three dimensions: the abilities of students, the abilities of teachers and teaching resources integration process. And it shows the teaching in university is a process of interaction between teacher and student behavior, also is the process of education resource integration. So, we should pay attention to the management and control of the process to realize the education resources integration.
