Discussion on contract management of reconstruction program in Tingzikou reservoir area

The traffic reconstruction and farmland protection works are classified as water conservancy resettlement projects.In the view of contract management for entrusted construction,the engineering change and contract risk prevention must be solved due to the particularity of the implemented project and complexity of the relations among all the parties participating in.Based on a brief introduction of the content of contract relations and management of all the parties,we emphasize on the principles and methods of dealing with contract change and measures for contract risks control.
