| 摘 要： | 近年来．网络游戏产业成为全球重要的文化娱乐产业之一和信息产业新的经济增长点，大力扶持网络游戏的发展已获得广泛共识。然而，目前在我国发展游戏产业却面临着一个巨大的人才难题。本文对我国网络游戏产业人才的现状及原因进行了分析。并提出了中国的网络游戏人才系统化培养与发展的对策思路。
