| 摘 要： | 以混合脂肪酸甘油酯为基质制备甲硝唑中空栓和普通栓,通过紫外分光光度法测定2种栓剂含量及累积溶出度,并考察其体外释放速度。结果表明:甲硝唑检测质量浓度的线性范围为3~15μg/mL(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.26%(RSD=0.85%);中空栓比普通栓释药速度快。

| Abstract: | The hollow type suppository and the conventional type suppository were prepared with mixed fatty glyceride as the base;the content of metronidazole was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The dissolution rate of the metronidazole hollow suppository was comparable to that of the conventional type suppository.The linear range of metronidazole was 3～15 μg/mL(r=0.999 8),with an average recovery rate of 99.26%(RSD=0.85%).Drug release rate of hollow type suppository is higher than the conventional type suppository. |
