| 摘 要： | 本文在对上海市和长三角地区中小企业融资状况调查数据分析的基础上,讨论了在目前宏观经济环境下中小企业的融资约束问题.文章对在上海市建立中小企业融资服务平台以及直接补贴金融机构的支持政策作了探讨,并且结合上海国际金融中心的建设提出了一些政策性建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the financing data of small-and-medium-sized enterprises in Yangtze River Delta,the paper discusses the credit financing mainly depending on commercial banks and the financing restrictions.It also analyzes the supporting policies of establishing a financing service platform of small-and-medium-sized enterprises and directly subsidizing financial organizations in Shanghai.Furthermore,it provides some policy suggestion with the consideration of the establishment of Shanghai's role as an international... |
