| 摘 要： | 在企业供应链协同的有关研究基础上,以交易成本理论的视角引入了对协同式供应链的分析;并以中小企业为对象,对基于协同式供应链的中小企业从其供应链协同的优势、相关复杂性以及协同的路径等方面进行了分析,以帮助中小企业在新的竞争环境下恰当选择其供应链协同策略。

| Abstract: | Based on relative researches on enterprises' collaboration in supply chain, this article, through analysis of supply chain of collaborative pattern by use of transaction cost theory, focus on the medium-small sized enterprises and explore their advantage, complexity and method of supply chain collaboration, to help them to make the right decision on the selection of supply chain collabo- rative strategies in new competitive environment. |
