| 摘 要： | 连续型流程企业具有不同于其他企业的典型特征，销售工作是其重要环节。为适应这一情况，本文提出了一种销售管理系统体系结构，并在市场信息管理、价格管理、销售业务管理等方面进行了功能设计。
