| Abstract: | This article analyze the efficiency of WTO discipline and the limitation of current discipline on fishery subsidies,by which we draw the conclusion that new discipline is necessary to regulate the fishery subsidies.It is significant to research the fishery subsidy of our country for adapting the discipline reform of WTO,and build our own system of subsidy for sustainable development. |
