零售业内资企业可持续发展研究

本文认为,在当地居民消费需求强劲增长和外资零售企业刚刚进入的背景下,近年来广州零售业内资企业获得了不同程度的发展。广州零售业内资企业具有接近市场和经营灵活等优势,但在经营理念、技术条件、规模和人力资源等方面同外资企业相比还存在许多不足。文章提出,内资企业要实现可持续发展,必须在经营理念和经营技术上持续创新,发展连锁经营,扩大规模;重新进行市场定位,创新经营特色,实施差异化经营;吸收先进技术,持续创新,加强供应链管理。

A Study on Sustainable Development of Domestic Retailing Firms

The authors point out that,in recent years,domestic retailing firms in Guangzhou have grown with the strong rise of consumption and the inchoate ent ry of foreign retailing firms.Meanwhile,domestic firms need to innovate in man agement to survive in fierce future competition.Based on the analyses of compet itive advantage and disadvantage of domestic retailing firms,the authors give u s such suggestions as developing chain stores to expand firms' scale,standing o ut firm'features to implement different strategies,assimilating advanced techno logy and enhancing supply chain management.
