医院运用PDCA管理体系的探索与研究

伴随着市场经济迅猛发展和医疗技术水平的不断提高,大部分医院只关注医疗技术的提高和专家的培养等硬件指标,普遍忽视看病效率低和服务质量差等问题.然而,人们对于医疗服务水平的要求越来越高,以医院现有的管理模式远远满足不了就诊人员的需求.PDCA在质量管理方面有较大优势,本文立足于将PDCA管理体系应用到医院的管理体制当中,对医院管理现存的一些问题进行探讨研究.
