| 摘 要： | 中共中央提出的全面建设小康社会的目标,具有突出的战略意义。文章认为,金融要支持全面建设小康社会应主要采取以下对策:金融支持科教兴国战略实施,不断推进人的全面发展;解决城乡居民低收入问题,实现全体人民共同富裕;建立和完善绿色金融制度,实施可持续发展战略。

| Abstract: | The objective of establishing a well-off society is strategically significant. To establish such a society, some measures should be taken, for example, the strategy of developing country through science and technology should be carried on to instruct the rounded citizens; the problem of low income should be resolved to enrich all the nation; green finance system should be established and improved to carry on the sustainable development. |
