| 摘 要： | 本文从股东知情权的含义入手,拟通过对股东知情权诉讼中股东知情权的可诉性问题、诉讼中的原告资格问题、诉讼中的被告资格问题、行使的诉讼时效、诉讼中的举证责任分配问题、股东知情权行使的边界等若干问题进行探讨,试图为实践中越来越多的股东知情权诉讼提供理论参考.
