众所周知,随着旅游业的快速发展,中国游客急需加强教育.但与发达国家相比,目前国内关于游客教育的理论研究与工作实践还处于起步状态,缺乏系统性.当我们面对更大规模的游客人群和更为复杂的旅游活动时.研究游客应当遵循什么样的标准以及怎样用这些标准去教育游客、规范游客的行为势在必行.本文从游客教育的起因入手,总结研究了国内外游客教育的内容、方法、模式和技术进展情况.
