Study of Several Theories on Developing Non public Economy

The relocation of the position and role of the non public economy at the Party's Fifteenth Congress undoubtedly establishes sound environments for its healthy development. However, for many different reasons (subjective,objective,theoretical,practical,historical,and current ),people still have misunderstandings of the non public economy.Therefore,in the current situation, in order to develop the non public economy,we should further emancipate our mind and firmly set up standards to weigh up the advantages and disadvantages of any form of ownership by way of productive forces on the basis of rethinking the traditional ownership theories.
