| 摘 要： | 构建了知识供需匹配评价指标体系,给出了指标权重的赋权方法;依据知识需求方的知识需求,构建了知识供需匹配要求度矩阵,并运用模糊综合评价方法构建了知识供给能力评价矩阵;在此基础上,通过计算知识供需双方的知识供需匹配度,对知识供给方进行选择。最后,通过算例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | A The index system of evaluating the matching of knowledge supply and demand is constructed,and the method to determine the index weight is given. Then the matching requirement degree matrix of knowIedge supply and demand is constructed according to the knowledge de- mand of knowledge demand-side. In addition, the evaluation matrix of knowledge supply ability is constructed by making use of the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Furthermore, the knowledge supply-side could be selected by calculating the matching degree of knowledge sup- ply and demand between knowledge supply-side and demand-side. Finally, the feasibility and the validity of the proposed method is illustrated by an example analysis. |
