| 摘 要： | 根据制造企业转型的需要,针对敏捷制造企业的"内部敏捷性"特性,从"精于变化"的角度出发,构建了基于信息快速传递和转化能力和价值流程构建能力两个维度的面向离散制造流程敏捷能力的三级评价指标体系,介绍了完整的计算模型。

| Abstract: | According to the need of manufacturing enterprises for transformation and the characteristic of internal agility taken on by agility manufacturing enterprises,this paper constructs a evaluation index system with 3-levels which includes two dimension,namely the capability of information transmission and transformation and the capability of value stream formation from the perspective of change proficiency,and introduces a complete calculating model. |
