摘    要:应用DEA方法测算了福建省的农业科技成果推广服务效率,应用Tobit模型分析了影响农业科技成果推广服务效率的因素。针对福建省306个农业科技成果推广服务项目的实证分析结果表明:福建省的农业科技成果推广服务存在规模偏小、投入要素配比不尽合理、效率较低等问题;市场需求与推广载体是影响农业科技成果推广服务效率的重要因素。提出建立需求导向的科技创新与服务体系,建立农业科技需求与服务信息平台,建立健全农业科技推广协调机制,充分发挥农民专业合作社的作用等建议。

Abstract:This paper measures the popularization service efficiency of agricultural science and technology achievement, and analyzes the factors affecting the efficiency. The results of empirical analysis on 306 application projects in Fujian province show that small scale, unreasonable input factor ratio and inefficiency are the problems existing in agricultural science and technology popularization service, and market demand and pro- motion carrier are two key factors influencing the efficiency. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions, such as constructing the demand-orlented sci-tech innovation service system, building the agricultural science demand and information service platform, building and completing the coordi- nation system of popularization of agricultural science and technology achievement, making the best use of the effects of professional cooperative in agricultural science and technology popularization service.
