屋面渗漏的原因分析及解决措施

建筑物防水是为了防止建筑物受外力水侵蚀和渗漏,以保证建筑物的正常使用功能和使用寿命。屋面渗漏是当前房屋建筑中最为突出的质量问题之一,在工程维修中关于防水的维修占很大比重。为此我现在从设计、施工和材料三方面简单分析产生屋面防水工程质量问题的原因,并提出相应的防治措施。

Roofing Leakage Reason Analysis and Solution Measure

Building waterproofing is to prevent water erosion and leakage in the building and ensure the normal function and service life of the building. roof leakage is one of the most outstanding quality problems in the current housing construction. In the engineering maintenance,the waterproof accounts for a large proportion. For this reason,quality problem reasons of roofing projects are analyzed from the aspects of the design,construction and materials and corresponding control measures are given.
