DB项目成功因素的研究综述与展望

文章对以往项目成功因素的研究做了一个综述,并在此基础之上针对DB承包模式下的建设项目成功因素做出了进一步研究,并从新的角度提出了一个新的研究思路,期望能够从充分考虑到的各种因素之中找到那些影响DB项目成功的关键因素,并揭示出他们与各种项目绩效之间的相关性。

The review and expectation of the research of design and build project success factors

This paper gives a review of the former studies of project success factors and does some further researches of it toward the Design-Build construction projects. It gives a new thought from a new view angle and expects that this research find the key factors in all of the considered DB project success factors and uncover the relationships between the key factors and the project performances.
