文章综合国内外研究成果给出企业知识产权管理绩效评价初始指标集合,在此基础上设计并发放专家群体问卷调查表。运用灰色统计原理,对所收回的调查表中的重要性程度进行白化函数数据处理和灰色统计计算,从而确定企业知识产权管理绩效的重要影响因子。

Study on Impact Factors the Strategy Performance Evaluation Model for Management of Intellectual Property Rights of Enterprises Based on Grey Statistic

The primary impact factors of the intellectual property rights performance indicators were collected on the basis of internal and overseas studying achievement,in view of it,the expert group questionnaire was designed and given out.On the basis of count principle,the importance degree of the taken back questionnaires was handled and calculated by the albefaction letter and grey statistics,thereby the important impact factors of enterprises intellectual property rights were determined.
