中国现代化"发展方式转变"的阶段特征及战略选择

传统研究的经济增长方式,存在明显的渊源模糊性和同现实变革的不对应性。由强调增长方式转变到发展方式转变,是现代化战略认识上的重大升华。文章认为,经济发展方式转变是贯穿于现代化进程中,由结构转变到技术进步的递进升级过程,又在对美、欧、日等国变革量化映证中,将其区分为四个阶段,确认当前阶段的中国发展方式转变,整体上处于结构型和结构与创新型交替期,是一个由传统农业经济为主向现代经济演变的历史过程。同时,从变革实质、主导路径、特有机遇、运行状态几个侧面,分析了转变的阶段特征,重点阐述了化解二元矛盾、转变农村发展方式、创新工业化路径、加快经济体制改革等方面的见解。最后,在发展方式转变与现代化进程相统一的视角上,提出以农村变革为基本增长点的发展战略观。
