企业家才能定价问题研究

On Entrepreneurial Talent Pricing

In the environment of market economy, it is of vital importance for entrepreneurial talent to determine the direction of enterprises and promote their efficiency. However, there has been insufficient attention to the research of entrepreneurial talent and its pricing in China, which has made it difficult to decide the reasonable level of payment for entrepreneurs and so forth. This paper analyzes the importance of entrepreneurial talent, its difficulties in pricing and their solutions. It is hoped that this undertaking will attract the attention of experts and scholars, and help the business circle to gain the knowledge of the issue and to promote the development of enterprises.
