| 摘 要： | 该文介绍了锂离子电池的生产工艺流程及其薄膜卷绕控制系统，建立了薄膜卷绕控制系统的数学模型，提出采用内模控制算法，并对相应的控制模型进行了仿真。通过仿真，说明了内模控制器的控制效果，在此基础上分析了内模控制系统的特性和优点。
