摘    要:水资源既是人类赖以生存的自然资源,又是战略性经济资源,随着城市化进程大大加快,发展中国家工业化发展迅速,工业用水迅速增长,随着人口的增加和人民生活水平的提高,生活用水量也有增加的趋势,而且用水质量也不断提高;而另一方面,由于城市化发展对水资源造成的负面影响使得可用的水资源有减少的趋势。文章从河北省城市化与用水的实际情况出发,运用误差修正模型,分析河北省城市化发展水平与水资源利用之间的关系,认为二者之间存在协整关系,随着城市化进程的加快,用水量不断增加,水资源逐渐成为河北省城市化发展的瓶颈。

Abstract:The water resources am both natural resources and strategic economic resources for human to survive. As the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in developing coutries, the water consumption for industry is increasing. With the increasement of population and the improvement of living standard, the aquantity and aquality of water for dailylife consumption also tend to be increased. However, the negative influence of urbanization to water resource makes the available water reduced. Based on the actual satuation of urbanization and water ultilization in Hebei, this study uses VEC model to analyze the relationship between urbanization and water consumption in Hebei. It is concluded that urbanization is cointegrated with water consumption, and the water resource would be the bottleneck of econmic development as the rapid development of urbanization.
