基于企业家的中小企业知识传播共享机制研究

从企业知识管理中知识的传播共享机制以及企业家能力等角度研究中小企业的成长问题。首先提出企业中知识传播和共享的共性问题,然后从企业知识角度对企业家能力的构成进行重新定义,提出了知识能力的概念。在此基础上,阐述了中小企业创业、守业和展业三个发展阶段中企业知识管理的特点和企业家应具备的知识能力,最后根据目前大多数中小企业成长难现状,构建了基于企业家能力这一核心的中小企业知识传播和共享新机制。

An Entrepreneur-based Study on Knowledge Spreading and Sharing Mechanism in Small and Middle Size Enterprises

This paper deals with the development of small and middle size enterprises from the perspective of knowledge spreading and sharing mechanism and entrepreneurs' abilities.After analyzing the common issue of spreading and sharing knowledge in enterprises,this paper redefines the composition of an entrepreneur's ability and introduces the concept of knowledge--based ability.Based on a further analysis of features of knowledge management,and abilities necessary for entrepreneurs,this paper aims at building a new model of knowledge spreading and sharing mechanism with entrepreneurs' abilities at the core.
