美国中小投资者权益保护措施及其对我国的启示

保护投资者的权益是世界各国证券市场共同遵守的普遍准则。然而,近年来随着许多大公司财务丑闻的出现,中小投资者的信心严重受挫;市场的发展受到阻碍,关于中小投资者权益保护的问题也成为研究的焦点。本文通过对美国中小投资者权益保护措施的研究,来反思我国证券市场中小投资者权益保护问题,并提出几点启示。

America small and medium investor rights protection measure and its inspiration to China

Protects investor＇s rights and interests is the universal criterion which various countries stock market obeys together. However, in recent years along with the emergence of many big corporate finance scandals, the confidence of medium and small investors suffers a defeat seriously; the development of market received the hindrance. The issue about rights and interests protection of the medium and small investors has become a subject of active policy and academic debate. On basis the study of protective measure on the medium and small investors＇ rights and interests in the United States, the writers reconsider this problem in our country stock market and put forward some apocalypses.
