海西技术外溢效应分析——基于企业的微观分析

当前在我国建设资金充裕的情况下,仍然重视利用外资,其目的是为了利用外资所带来的外溢效应推动内资企业的技术水平提高,促进产出增长.而福建省作为全国第四大经济区--海西地区的主体地区,外资对其产生的外溢情况并不乐观,通过检验福建企业数据发现流入福建的外资产生的技术外溢效应为负,而流入中国(除福建外)的外资对福建企业所产生的外溢效应为正,其中福建劳动密集型企业是外资外溢效应的最大受益者,资本密集型行业受外资冲击较大,其外溢效应为负,此外,通过分析还发现福建企业的技术外溢主要来源于东亚的外资.
