| 摘 要： | 财务控制是公司治理的基础,优化财务控制,应根据公司治理结构的需要和生产经营活动的特征来设计,建立以市场竞争机制为基础的财务控制外部机制;将代理人主导型的内部财务控制转变为委托人和代理人均衡制约型的内部财务控制。
