| 摘 要： | 城市生命线系统在发生灾害后很容易遭到破坏, 严重的可导致城市生活瘫痪,造成重大损失,因此生命线系统的防灾减灾是城市综合防灾中的首要问题之一.本文从日本阪神大地震后生命线系统的震害教训和减灾救灾措施中,初步概括了一些值得借鉴的经验.
