| 摘 要： | 目前我国国际收支处于严重失衡状态,给国家经济发展造成了巨大压力。文章在重点分析我国国际收支严重失衡成因的基础上,提出了以"进出平衡"政策取代"出口导向"政策、废除"敞口"引进外资政策、抑制国际"热钱"流入、推进汇率改革和转变经济发展方式等一系列如何扭转此种失衡状态的管理对策,这对我国尽快恢复国际收支平衡将大有裨益。
