企业成长力的阶段性评价

研究表明,企业成长主要受环境力、企业家能力、资源力、制度力、管理力及创新力约束,这六种力在企业不同生命阶段对成长力的约束作用是不同的。文章在分析研究企业成长力的阶段性约束条件基础上,设计出成长力的阶段性评价指标体系,构建了一个多级模糊评价模型,并以湖南省JXT公司为例进行实证分析,结果表明该指标体系与评价模型具有科学性和可操作性。

A Study on Stage-dependent Evaluation for the Growth Capacity of Enterprises
