| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代末以来，新兴市场国家金融危机不断，东南亚、俄罗斯、巴西、土耳其、阿根廷等国相继爆发金融危机，2008年越南也出现较大的金融动荡。本文以过去近十年来新兴市场国家的金融危机为主要研究对象，比较分析这些金融危机中的共性和规律，国际制度不合理及新兴市场国家选择模式失误，是金融危机的根源所在。
