城乡二元经济结构转型的制度分析

在对我国城乡二元经济结构转型的分析中,制度因素是一个必须考虑在内的重要变量。根据西方新制度经济学的分析,制度的主要作用在于减少经济运行的不确定性、降低交易费用,不同的制度结构会产生不同的经济绩效。而城乡二元经济结构的实质,正在于城乡之间经济运行绩效的差异,由此来看,城乡二元经济结构必然伴随着二元的制度结构。

An Institutional Analysis of Urban and Rural Dual Economy Structure Transition

In analysis of China's urban and rural dual economy structure transition, institutional factor is an important variable to be taken into consideration. According to the analysis of the Western new institutional economics, the major function of institution is to reduce the uncertainty of the economic operation and the cost of transactions; and different institutional structure produces different economic performance. The essence of the urban and rural dual economy structure lies in the difference between the economic performance of urban areas and that of rural areas. Therefore the urban and rural dual economy structure is inevitably to be tied up with the dual institutional structure.
