结合我省农村实际建设社会主义新农村

“建设社会主义新农村”是党的十六届五中全会根据经济发展和社会实际所做的重大决策。建设社会主义新农村,不同的省份和不同的地区应根据自己的实际,实施不同的方案。吉林省应从加大宣传力度,正确认识新农村建设;塑造新农民;扩大规模、调整结构,促进农民增收;建立多种形式农村经济合作组织,实现小生产与大市场对接;加大措施,促进农村劳动力转移;增加投入,改变基础设施落后面貌;加快农村医疗保险和社会保障建设等方面入手。

Constructing a new socialist countryside is the important decision made by our party in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee based on our economic development and social needs.Understanding the construction of a new countryside should rely on publicizing;portraying new farmers should be put in the first place to construct a new countryside by enlarging scales,regulating structures and promoting the income of the farmers;a variety of rural economic cooperative organizations should be set up to realize the link of small manufacture with large markets;measures should be taken to promote labor migration;input should be made to change the situation of the backward foundational facilities and rural medical insurance and social security construction should be quickened.
