| 摘 要： | 以浑善达克沙地多伦县防沙治沙可持续发展综合试验示范区建设为例,论述了“多伦治沙范式”的建设基础、技术体系和产业化进程,提出了实施制度和政策创新是推进荒漠化防治的有效手段,强化科技支撑、组织管理是防治土地荒漠化的根本保障。

| Abstract: | The paper take the comprehensive control experiment area of Hunshandake Sandyland in Duolun county as the example discuss the construction foundation, technological system and industrialization development of sand-desert control Pattern. The paper puts forward that system and policy innovation are the effective means of advancing desertification prevention, and strengthening science and technology support and organization management are the basic guarantee of desertification prevention. |
