近年来,零售、餐饮等行业纷纷利用连锁经营模式迅速扩张。而商业银行一般具有规模大、网点多且分散等特点,这与连锁经营十分相似。连锁经营管理的成功经验包括其扩张的路径、3S管理原则和四个层次的统一,这些管理经验可以给我国商业银行的改革提供借鉴。

Reference of Franchise Chain Management to Commercial Bank Development

In recent years, the whole world has witnessed the fast growth of franchise chain in almost all sections of busi- ness. Commercial banks are big scale institutions with vast chains and branches, which is similar to franchise chain manage- ment. This paper suggests that commercial banks can refer to the successful experience of chain operation, such as 3S princi- pals and the four uniformities rule.
