| 摘 要： | 目前，金融信用缺失问题正严重地制约着我国经济的持续、稳定和健康发展。本文从信息经济学角度，运用博弈论分析工具，揭示出金融契约难以执行的原因在于缺乏信用，这与金融市场信息不对称有关；同时指出，缓解信息不对称、治理金融信用缺失的有效制度安排是建立声誉机制。具体措施包括：完善资信评级制度和信息披露制度、建立激励与惩罚机制以培育企业声誉资本等。

| Abstract: | At present,the serious deficiency of financial creditability has caused the insufficient supply of financial creditability resources and the increasing cost of transactions,which is restraining the lasting,steady and healthy development of economy. This paper will try to find the reasons of the shortage of financial creditability from compact economics'and information economics'aspect by game theory. Therefore,in order to solve the problem,the paper suggests to establish a reputation mechanism which includes establishing the publishing system for information,incentive and punitive mechanism. |
