论民营中小企业对管理模式的选择

该文试图通过对温州市“第一次创业”过程中民营中小企业实行家族式管理、完成资本原始积累，到“第二次创业”过程中民营中小企业的优胜劣肽，分化整合、自觉选择和运用管理模式、建立现代企业管理方式这一漫长过程的分析，总结出管理在深层次上的意义。

On the Choice of the Administrative Patterns of Private Enterprises

By analysis of the long process of Wenzhou's private enterprises from 'the first pioneering work'(which is characterized by the family-pattern management and during which the private enterprises have finished the primitive accumulation of capital) to the second one in which the excellent have survived and the obsolete have been eliminated, the enterprises have experienced a new split and realignment, conscientiously choose and apply administrative patterns and establish modern business-management patterns.
