碱厂白泥的资源化综合利用技术

摘    要:白泥的污染问题一直制约着纯碱企业的发展,是氨碱厂的一大技术难题。根据白泥成分特性厦危害分析,对近年来开发的白泥资源化处理技术进行了总结和评述。由于白泥中Cl含量较高,生产普通硅酸盐水泥、生产碱渣砖、制碱渣土及填垫材料、制抹灰砂浆、垃圾与白泥混合处理等技术的应用受到限制;白泥脱硫则易产生二次污染;同时由于白泥产生量巨大,且每种方法处理白泥的量有限,因此,目前仍缺少一种成熟有效的白泥综合利用技术。要有效地解决这一问题,必须从多学科角度出发,从多种途径综合治理,以逐步消除白泥危害。

Abstract:The pollution of alkaline slag is a technical problem and a restriction of soda ash industry development.According on the characteristics of compositions and analysis of hazard ,the comprehensive utilization techniques of alkaline slag were basically discussed. Some techniques ,such as production of portland cement,production of alkaline slag brick,production of alkaline slag soil and filling materials,production of plaster,were restricted by high content of chlorine ion;wet desulfurization with alkaline slag can produce secondary pollution.Thus,at present,there are not any effective techniques to process alkaline slag because of its large amount and the small thruput of most techniques.It is suggested that alkaline slag must be treated by multidisciplinary method and multipathway.
