| 摘 要： | 我国现有高校的行政管理专业教育在办学理念、培养目标、课程设置、教学方法等方面大都存在与时代要求的不适应之处，为促进我国行政管理学科的发展和行政管理人才的培养，本文就行政管理专业建设各方面进行了系统化探索与研究。

| Abstract: | About the present education of domestic college adminstration, there are many aspects in the fields of education idea, training objective, courses offered and teaching methods which are not adapting with the social development.
