市民社会组织的宪政价值分析

市民社会组织是独立于政府之外的社会组织机构，它的产生与发展就是一部世界宪政史的发展过程。市民社会组织的产生、发展都对于宪政价值中的民主、法治、权利保障以及权力制约均有着重要的意义。本文即从以上几个方面分析了市民社会组织的宪政价值，并结合我国目前市民社会组织的发展概况阐述如何充分发挥我国市民社会组织的宪政价值功能。

Civil society organizations are independent of the Govemment＇s social organization; its origin and development is a history of the world＇s constitutional development process. The origin and development of civil society organizations have important sense to the constitutional values of democracy, the rule of law, as well as to protect the rights of all power. This article analyze of the above aspects of civil socieW organizations, constitutional values, combined with our current civil society organizations on how to development its full play to China＇s civil society organizations and the values of the constitutional functions.
