| 摘 要： | 建立健全体现科学发展观要求的、符合高校实际的中层领导班子和干部考核评价机制，对于提升高校中层领导班子和中层干部队伍建设水平、推动高校科学发展具有重要意义。针对高校中层领导班子和干部现行考核评价工作进行分析，提出加强和改进工作的对策思考。

This paper analysis the middle - level leadership and cadres evaluation work at present, put forward to strengthen and improve the work ponder. |
