高校中层领导班子和领导干部考核评价机制研究

摘    要:建立健全体现科学发展观要求的、符合高校实际的中层领导班子和干部考核评价机制,对于提升高校中层领导班子和中层干部队伍建设水平、推动高校科学发展具有重要意义。针对高校中层领导班子和干部现行考核评价工作进行分析,提出加强和改进工作的对策思考。

Abstract:Reflected in the establishment of scientific development view, accord with the practical requirements of mid - level leadership team and cadre assessment mechanism, has important significance to enhance the middle - level leader- ship and middle - level cadre team construction level, promote scientific development in colleges and universities. This paper analysis the middle - level leadership and cadres evaluation work at present, put forward to strengthen and improve the work ponder.
