后危机时期我国发达外向型省市外贸转型升级策略研究——基于江浙粤鲁沪进出口数据的实证分析

受2008年国际金融危机和始于2009年希腊主权债务危机的欧债危机的影响,全球发达经济体经济下行明显,由此对我国发达外向型省市山东、江苏、浙江、广东、上海的进出口带来负面的冲击。本文分析了山东、江苏、浙江、广东、上海对外贸易的现状与问题,通过对山东、江苏、浙江、广东、上海等地进出口数据的B-N分解分析了这些省市受危机影响的程度和趋势。由此,我们认为这些省市必须抓住机遇进行外贸转型升级,可以通过大力发展服务贸易、实现由价格竞争到核心技术竞争的转变、采取措施增加人民收入、加快推进市场多元化等途径来进行。

The Study of Transformation and Upgrading of Foreign Trade of Developed Export- oriented Provinces and Cities in China in The Post- crisis period --Based on The Empirical Analysis of Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Shanghai

Influenced by the international financial crisis in 2008 and the debt crisis in Europe, the economic of devel- oped economies slowdown, thus bring negative impact on the foreign trade of developed export - oriented provinces and cities in china. This paper analysis the status and problems of foreign trade of Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong and Shanghai, then study the extend an trend of the negative impact by analyzing the data of foreign trade in these dis- tricts by using B - N Decomposition. We think that these districts should take the chance to transform and upgrade the toreign trade by developing the trade in services, achieving the shift from price competition to competition in the core te, chnologv, takinz measures to increase people~ income and promoting the market diversification.
