我院服务行业发展的实践与思考

高等职业教育只有通过学校与用人单位紧密合作,才能够培养出符合企业岗位要求的高素质技能型人才。西安铁路职业技术学院坚持校企合作的办学道路,在开拓合作思路、创新合作模式上进行了不少有益的探索,得到了行业企业的认可。总结了学院校企合作的主要做法和经验,理清了今后校企合作的思路。

Services Industry Development Practice and Thinking in Our College

Only through close cOoperation between schools and employing companies, higher vocational education can cultivate high-quality skilled talents which conform to requirements of operating posts. Xi＇an Railway Vocational and Technical College insisted on the way of the school-enterprise cooperation and made a lot of helpful exploration on pioneering cooperation ideas, innovating cooperation pattern, which has been recognized by industries and enterprises. This paper summed up the main practice and experience of the cooperation between enterprises and college and sorted out the ideas for future cooperation between schools and enterprises.
