| 摘 要： | 电子商务的发展带动了快递行业的快速发展,如何在技术创新的背景下,寻找电子商务与物流业融合的趋势与规律,构建适合电子商务企业的物流战略,将是我国电子商务和物流企业面临的亟待解决的问题。通过比较分析电子商务与物流企业各种融合模式的优劣,以及京东商城在发展中物流模式选择中的经验,能为其他电子商务企业制定本企业的物流战略提供参考。

| Abstract: | The development of electronic commerce has driven the rapid development of the express delivery industry,how to technology innovation in the background,looking for trends and rules of integration of e-commerce and logistics industry,construct the electronic commerce enterprise logistics strategy,it is a urgent problem facing our country electronic commerce and logistics enterprises.Through comparative analysis of e-commerce and logistics enterprises of various fusion model is better,and Jingdong mall in the development of logistics mode selection of experience,can provide reference for other e-commerce enterprises to make the enterprise logistics strategy. |
