| 摘 要： | 在当今世界"生存和发展"的主题下,生态资源由过去经济发展的外生变量演变成为经济发展的内生变量。改革开放以来,经济的快速发展使我国人地关系日益失调,资源与环境压力空前加剧。只有加强生态文明理念,在生态建设保护和经济发展之间寻求平衡,才能促进经济社会的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The ecological resources have evolved into exogenous variables of economy development from endogenous variables under the theme of survival and development.The rapid economy development of our country are making the relation disorder between human and land increasingly,making resource and environment pressure unprecedented intensify since reform and opening-up.Only strengthening ecological civilization concept and keeping balance between ecology protection and economy development can we promote sustainable development of economy and society. |
