| 摘 要： | 循环经济发展的尺度反映了社会发展进步的尺度，因此，对循环经济发展状况的评价日趋重要。基于我国目前城市发展现状及循环经济市建设要求，提出了评价城市循环经济发展水平的指标体系，并以分别代表特大城市、大城市和中小城市的上海市、银川市及日照市作为研究对象，验证了该套指标体系的合理性和可行性，从而为各类城市开展循环经济评价提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | the evaluation to urban circular economy development level is increasingly important. Based on the current status of urban development and requirement to circular economy city constructions, an indicator system used to estimate urban circular economy level is presented. Correspondingly, the standards of the estimation indicators are established, also. Considering Shanghai city, Yinchuan city and Rizhao city as the research objects, which correspond to 3 scales with super city, big city and moderate city. Then, rationality and feasibility of the indicator system is validated. |
